I find Cape.io easy and accessible, which is great for new joiners to place orders easily. The platform also helps me deliver to multiple stations at once, saving time for my clients. The support team is really helpful with queries from the client team. My clients switched to Cape.io because it is budget-friendly and easily accessible, compared to platforms like Adstream. I think the current version of Cape.io is perfect for delivery, but in the future, it could be improved by updating the stations by media categories like TV, VOD, SVOD, and AVOD. This would make it easier to work with regarding the delivery cost, as the delivery cost varies with the media category, allowing us to know how much to charge based on the category.
