I use this software in my last company where we generally follow the agile methodology, we use this software for planning and forecasting for our team, what I like about it is its intuitive presentation, also its easy integration with Jira makes our work easier, it is also easy to implement, we use it in every sprint and its customer support makes it highly available. There is nothing that I can say I dislike about this software but the thing which I feel may improve was the capacity chart, not everyone can understand the component of its chart so description should be present for component while creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
