## Canva Reviews
  ### 1. My non-desinger brain finally stopped embarassing itself in client meetings.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anurag S. | Senior Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I do lot of clien facing work and for a long time the design side of things was always the weak spot. Not because the ideas weren't there but because translating them into something that looked professional tool either money or time I didn't have. Canva fixed that pretty practically. Social media posts are probably where I use it most. I'll resize the same design across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook in about two minutes using the resize tool that alone used to take me forever doing it manually.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The free version is limiting enough that you'll hit the wall pretty fast if you're using it for client work. Some of the better templates background remover, certain resize options all locked behind pro. Which is fine, it's not expensive, but it does feel oike the free tier is more of a long trial than an actual usable tier for professionals.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a freelancer wearing multiple hats, having a tool that handles design well enough without requiring design skills is genuinely useful. Client deliverables look more polished turnaround is faster and I'm not outsourcing design work that I can now handle myself. It's not replacing a professional designer for complex work but for the day to day marketing and presentation stuff covers a lot of ground.

  ### 2. Designing without getting stuck in the process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivy M. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love using Canva for our social posts, presentations, and video edits as it is my go-to for fast turnarounds. The templates are really helpful, offering a great head start and making it very intuitive even for beginners. Canva is fast, cloud-based, and recently added an offline mode, which is great. The AI features keep getting better and are incredibly helpful. I appreciate how everything is built to speed up processes, like the Brand Kit that keeps our colors, fonts, and logos ready, and the Magic Resize feature which turns one design into multiple formats easily. The AI tools like background remover and applying reference designs to another design save time, making it feel like I have a personal design assistant. Setup was super easy, it felt like jumping straight to designing without much admin work. I bet the price is really bang for the buck!

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes it starts to feel limiting when I need more precise control like layering and customization can get a bit tricky when designs get complicated. I'd honestly love more control over exporting especially to fine tune for specific designs like document and ebooks that will be printed with precision and control. Also maybe a cleaner way to manage layers and assets in bigger projects because once things pile up it can get a little hard to navigate.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva speeds up my workflow with quick social posts, presentations, and video edits, avoiding resource-heavy tools. The templates and Brand Kit make it intuitive and fast, while the Magic Resize and AI tools save time on tasks like background removal. It's like having a design assistant.

  ### 3. Empowers Team Collaboration with Easy, Accessible Design Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parish J. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I appreciate about Canva is how it makes design accessible to everyone, with basic features available for free. I also enjoy the wide variety of prebuilt templates, which makes starting a project much easier. Additionally, the collaboration feature is fantastic, allowing the team to work together on a single design seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The thing that is dislike about Canva is that, although it is easy to use, it can feel limiting when it comes to more advanced features. While the templates are helpful, many of the designs tend to look similar, with only changes in color or text. Another downside is that it requires internet access since most of its functions are web-based. Sometimes, it also lags when working on more complex designs. It also have less control over the detailed typography.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

first the problem that Canva solves is that the people that does not have the designing knowledge can easily create the design that they required just by using the appropriate template.
Because there are the the different template available for the different needs.
Also another thing that i feel is that it keeps your design safe and easily accessible from anywhere just need to login the account and your design are there.

  ### 4. Effortless Academic Presentations: A Lifesaver for University Students

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vansh N. | Undergraduate Student, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

As a university student, I frequently need to create academic presentations. What I like best about Canva is its massive library of templates and how easy it is to add complex visual elements. Recently, I had to design a 15-slide presentation on Black Holes for my physics class. Canva made it incredibly easy to integrate scientific animations and structure the slides professionally without needing any advanced graphic design skills. The drag-and-drop interface is a lifesaver when you are juggling multiple assignments.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The most frustrating part about Canva is that many of the best visual elements are locked behind a paywall. While making my physics presentation, I noticed that several high-quality scientific icons, 3D animations, and advanced templates required a Canva Pro subscription. As a university student on a tight budget, it can be disappointing to find the perfect graphic for an assignment, only to realize you cannot use it without a watermark unless you pay to upgrade.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a science student, the main problem I face is presenting complex scientific topics—like my recent 15-slide project on black holes—in a visually engaging way. Traditional presentation software often feels rigid and boring. Canva solves this by giving me an intuitive platform to easily combine academic text, diagrams, and animations without needing a graphic design background. The biggest benefit is the massive amount of time I save on formatting, allowing me to focus more on the actual physics content while still delivering a highly professional presentation to my professors.

  ### 5. Versatile, Beginner-Friendly, Needs Offline Editing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anugraha T. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love using Canva for its versatility. I've used it to make posters, create my resume, edit family photos and personal collages, and even create my vision board. Canva acts as a one-stop solution for digital media. The templates are especially inspiring when I need a starting point, and even amateurs can create digital boards with Canva's step-by-step guide. What I like most about Canva is how beginner-friendly it is. The ready-made templates are a highlight, combining convenience and creativity. I've also benefited from Canva's free graphic design courses, which have given me a couple of certificates. The templates help me save time and make my final output look professional and polished. The free courses taught me graphic design basics, starting from shapes and colors, and they've been very useful in gaining insights on how to approach design projects. Canva truly stands out as one of the best platforms.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One of the few things that could be improved is that many templates and designs are locked behind the premium version, which can feel limiting to certain users - especially to those who are not working, students, and aspirants. Sometimes the app becomes slow while working with many graphics. Introducing an offline editing feature would be a great addition to Canva. I think Canva could improve performance optimization, especially for larger projects involving many layers, because the app sometimes lags behind. A lag-less experience with slower memory usage would be convenient. Regarding the locked elements, it would be useful if more premium resources were made available for free users on a limited basis, like daily free access, student discounts etc.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is a one-stop solution for digital media, offering inspiration and structure with templates that save time. It's beginner-friendly with free courses that build my graphic design skills. It helps me craft professional-looking projects with ease, from resumes to vision boards.

  ### 6. Easy to Use for Polished, On-Brand One-Pagers and Quick Video Edits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren B. | Director of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

It’s very easy to use and doesn’t require much onboarding to jump right in. I don’t have a ton of design experience, but that hasn’t stopped me from creating beautiful, professional-looking one-pagers or doing quick video edits. We’re a very small company without a marketing team, so this product helps us fill the gaps we currently have in-house while still looking professional, polished, and on brand at a fraction of the price of a designer or marketing firm.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The new video editing software can sometimes be a little buggy. I have found that I often need to quit the desktop editor and reopen it, but it does always save my progress so its not too big if deal.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Canva, creating professional materials was a constant bottleneck — without a design or marketing team, every flyer, social post, or presentation either looked amateur or required hiring an expensive freelancer. Canva solves all of that in one place. Anyone on our team can now produce polished, brand-consistent content in minutes using templates and the Brand Kit, without any design training. It's replaced thousands of dollars a year in outsourced design costs, eliminated the lag of waiting on freelancers, and lets us create across every channel — social, print, email, video — from a single tool. For us, Canva isn't just helpful; it's our entire design and marketing department.

  ### 7. Fast, Accessible Design with Templates, Magic Tools, and a Seamless Brand Kit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nimish Ajay P. | Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva’s biggest strength is its accessibility, turning what can feel like complex graphic design into a straightforward drag-and-drop experience for non-professionals. The main advantage is speed: with thousands of professional templates and AI-powered “Magic” tools, you don’t have to start from scratch. There’s also a huge library of stock assets, plus a seamless Brand Kit feature that helps keep visuals consistent across social media, presentations, and print. With real-time collaboration and an intuitive interface that feels like it has virtually no learning curve, Canva makes it easy for anyone to create high-quality, professional-looking results in minutes—without expensive software or formal training.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While Canva is incredibly user-friendly, its biggest drawback is the lack of advanced control compared to professional software. The platform relies heavily on templates, which can lead to generic designs that look like everyone else's content. Precise editing is also difficult because you cannot manipulate individual vector points or handle complex photo retouching. Furthermore, many of the best elements, high-quality stock photos, and convenient features like one-click resizing are locked behind a paid subscription. Experienced designers often feel restricted by the rigid grid system and the inability to work offline when a stable internet connection is unavailable.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of high design barriers by democratizing visual communication for everyone, regardless of technical skill. It eliminates the need for expensive software or formal training, benefiting you by saving hours of work through its massive template library and intuitive drag-and-drop interface. For presentations, it is exceptionally easy; you can use AI-powered Magic Design to generate a full slide deck from a simple text prompt, then customize layouts and animations with one click to ensure a polished, professional result every time.

  ### 8. Canva Makes Professional Design Fast and Accessible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed E. | QA Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is how simple and fast it makes designing. It helps create professional content easily with ready-made templates, drag-and-drop tools, and useful features for teamwork and customization. Canva saves time and makes design accessible for everyone, even without advanced design skills.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside of Canva is that some advanced design features are limited compared to professional tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Certain premium templates, elements, and features also require a paid subscription. In addition, large or complex projects can sometimes feel restrictive in customization and performance.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of creating professional designs quickly and easily without needing advanced design experience. It helps save time by providing ready-made templates, drag-and-drop editing, and built-in design resources. This benefits me by making it easier to create presentations, social media posts, and marketing materials efficiently while improving the overall quality and consistency of the content.

  ### 9. Canva Supercharges Solo Marketing with Brand Kit, AI Design, and Smart Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amittai Z. | Marketing Technology Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva has become an essential part of my marketing workflow, particularly for moving fast without sacrificing quality. As small marketing department, the ability to create on-brand social posts, event assets, and presentation materials without relying on a designer is a significant operational advantage.
The features I use most regularly are the Brand Kit (logo, fonts, colors in one place), the presentation builder, and the AI-powered design generation — which has cut ideation time considerably. The Magic Write and image generation tools have also been useful for drafting content at speed.
What surprised me was how well it handles integration with other tools — the MCP connector in particular has opened up ways to generate and manage designs programmatically, which fits how I think about automating repeatable marketing tasks.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The AI tools are useful but inconsistent. Generated designs don't always respect brand kit settings the way you'd expect, so there's often a cleanup pass needed before anything is actually usable. For a one-person team, that extra step adds up.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem it solves is capacity. As a small marketing department at a contact center consulting firm, I'm responsible for everything from event assets to LinkedIn content to presentation decks. Canva compresses what would otherwise require a designer, a copywriter, and significant turnaround time into something I can execute myself in a single session.
It also solves brand consistency at scale. With multiple content types going out across different channels and co-marketing partners, having everything anchored to a single Brand Kit means nothing goes out looking off.
The AI generation tools specifically solve the blank canvas problem — getting to a workable first draft fast enough that momentum doesn't die before execution starts.

  ### 10. Canva’s Templates + Magic Studio AI Make On-Brand Content Creation Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PAVAN K. | AI/LLM Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is the huge variety of professional templates, along with the Magic Studio AI features. Tools like Background Remover and Magic Resize save me hours of manual effort when I’m adapting content for different social media platforms. Overall, it makes it incredibly fast and accessible to create high-quality, on-brand assets.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While the web interface feels smooth overall, the platform can become noticeably laggy when I’m working on more complex designs, especially those with lots of layers or high‑resolution assets. Also, the vector export options can be a bit limiting at times for professional printing, particularly when compared with dedicated desktop publishing software.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Canva, our design process was a major bottleneck. Even simple marketing assets had a slow turnaround because everything needed to go through a specialist. Now, non-design team members can use pre-approved brand kits to create their own social posts and presentations. As a result, our content production cycle is about 50% faster, and we’re able to stay consistent across all platforms.

  ### 11. Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Support manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

  ### 12. Best freemium product with easy migration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen F. | Director, Marketing Automation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

For marketing teams with limited design support, canva offers the best freemium product on the market for quick and simple image edits for emails, landing pages, etc
And it doesn't require a master's degree to make it work!

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The freemium version is limited! Of course it is. And for anyone who's ever spent any substantial amount of time in Photoshop, you'll end up hitting your head against the wall.
There are lots of things that the free version of canva cannot do.
However, upgrade to the paid version and suddenly you've got a lot more horsepower.
It still isn't Photoshop, but it's a heck of lot less expensive.
It will be interesting to see how the AI revolution will either challenge traditional tools like canva and or force it to evolve, adapt and retain a leadership position.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've trained probably half a dozen of our more senior field marketing folks on the product, so that when they're building their emails or landing pages, all they need to know are the specs for the sizes and resolution of their photos, and they can take Master documents and quickly edit them without assistance.

  ### 13. Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Design with Templates and AI Tools That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ASHISH K. | Student, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

It bridges the gap between professional design and eveyday users with an intutive drag and drop interface. The massive library of pre-made templates is a lifesaver for quick projects, while the AI-powered magic studio tools make complex edits like background removal effortless. It's perfect for fast, collaborative, and professional-looking content without the steep learning curve of Adobe

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

For complex vector work or high-end professional printing, it feels restrictive compared to illustrtor. The freemium model can also be frustrating, as many of the best templates and assets are looked behind a pro subscription. Additionally the moblie app often feels cluttered and less responsive than the desktop version, making detailed design work difficult on the go.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removes the technical friction of expensive software, allowing anyone to produce polished graphics in minutes. For me, this is a massive productivity win. It streamlines repetitive task like resizing of branding freeing up time for actual creativity. Whether I'm drafting a presentation or a soical post, the seamless cloud intergration ensure my workflow stays fast and efficient.

  ### 14. Effortless Design Tool with Powerful AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debu D. | Content Creator , Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for many a reason like designing posters , thumbail and editing videos. I love that Canva is a very simple software where I can create any design or video without any prior knowledge, and really, anyone can use it. What I like most are the AI and app features, which make creating simple edits much easier compared to other tools. Canva AI can create designs just by explaining what I need, and with the app, complex designs can be made easily with just a few clicks. I also really like Canva's video editing feature. Another thing that stands out is how easy Canva is to use—even a user could learn it in a few minutes. It saves so much time that no other software can match it.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

There's nothing bad about Canva, but I think there are some things that could be improved. It would be great if the images that can be created with Canva AI could be changed by chatting with Canva AI, Then add AI features to video editing as well.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to create designs and videos easily, even without much prior knowledge. Its AI and app features make complex tasks simpler and help me save time. It’s quick to learn and straightforward to use, which makes it especially handy for both business and educational purposes.

  ### 15. Beginner-Friendly with Powerful AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal N. | Pre Final Year Mechanical Engineering Student, Manufacturing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how easy and accessible it makes the design process, even for users without advanced graphic design experience. The platform provides a very clean and user-friendly interface along with a huge variety of templates, design elements, fonts, and editing tools that make creating professional-looking content fast and convenient.

One of the biggest advantages is the drag-and-drop functionality, which simplifies the entire creative workflow. Whether creating presentations, social media posts, resumes, posters, videos, or marketing materials, Canva makes the process smooth and efficient without requiring complicated software knowledge.

I also appreciate the large template library and customization options. The platform helps save a significant amount of time because users can quickly modify existing templates to match their own branding or creative style. Features like collaboration tools, cloud access, and AI-powered design suggestions also make teamwork and content creation more efficient.

Another thing I like is the flexibility and accessibility across devices. Projects can easily be edited from a laptop, phone, or tablet, which makes it convenient for both personal and professional use.

Overall, Canva provides a strong balance between simplicity, creativity, and productivity, making it an excellent tool for creating visually appealing content quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is that some advanced design and editing capabilities are limited compared to more professional software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. While Canva is excellent for quick and simple designs, it can feel restrictive when working on highly detailed or complex creative projects that require deeper customization and precision.

Another drawback is that many premium templates, graphics, fonts, and features are locked behind the paid subscription, which can sometimes limit flexibility for free users. As projects become more professional or large-scale, upgrading to Canva Pro often becomes necessary.

I’ve also noticed that designs can occasionally start to look repetitive because many users rely on the same templates and preset styles. This can make it harder to create completely unique branding without spending extra time customizing elements manually.

In some cases, performance may also slow down when editing very large projects or using multiple high-resolution assets at once, especially on weaker internet connections or lower-end devices.

Overall, Canva is extremely user-friendly and efficient, but improving advanced editing flexibility, originality options, and access to premium resources would make the platform even stronger.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of creating professional and visually appealing designs quickly without requiring advanced graphic design skills or complicated software knowledge. Instead of spending a large amount of time learning professional editing tools, users can easily create presentations, social media content, posters, resumes, marketing materials, videos, and branding assets through a simple drag-and-drop interface.

One of the biggest problems Canva solves is accessibility and speed in the design process. The platform provides ready-made templates, design elements, fonts, and AI-powered tools that help simplify content creation while still producing polished and professional results. This saves a significant amount of time, especially for students, creators, small businesses, and teams working on multiple projects.

Canva also improves collaboration by allowing multiple users to edit and share designs in real time. Cloud-based access makes it easy to work across different devices without worrying about losing files or transferring projects manually.

For me, Canva improves productivity, creativity, and workflow efficiency by making content creation faster, more organized, and easier to manage. It helps create high-quality visuals for presentations, branding, social media, and creative projects without needing advanced technical expertise.

  ### 16. Versatile, Time-Saving Design Tool for Academic and Personal Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshay P. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I find most helpful about Canva is how versatile it is for both high-level academic work and personal creative projects. As an M.Sc. student, I use it to turn technical PDF uploads into polished, visual journals and presentations. Being able to import .tex.pdf files and then quickly layer elements like “Magic Layers” on top is a huge time-saver for my AI specialization coursework.

On the personal side, it’s my go-to for everything from traditional wedding and baby-naming invitations to fun, casual ranking lists. The drag-and-drop interface removes the steep learning curve of professional design software, while still helping me produce premium-looking results.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

To keep my review balanced and professional, I think it helps to mention a few specific technical and organizational limitations I’ve run into, especially since I use Canva often for academic uploads and more complex documents.

What do I dislike about Canva? While Canva is excellent for layout, the PDF editor can be a bit finicky with complicated formatting. When I import LaTeX-generated PDFs (.tex.pdf), the text sometimes breaks into individual boxes that are difficult to realign, and certain mathematical fonts don’t always render perfectly.

On top of that, file organization can get cluttered once I have dozens of versions of the same assignment or project. I’d really like a more robust folder system or better “version control” so I don’t end up with multiple “Copy of…” files filling up my recent projects list. Finally, although the AI tools are impressive, some of the more advanced “Magic” features require a Pro subscription, which can be a hurdle for students on a tight budget.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an M.Sc. student specializing in AI, my biggest challenge has been the gap between technical output and visual presentation. I often rely on LaTeX to produce academic reports, but the resulting PDFs can feel dense and not very inviting when I need to present them to a broader audience.

Canva helps by letting me import my .tex.pdf files directly and then “wrap” them in a more professional, cinematic aesthetic. For me, it works as a bridge between technical content and visual storytelling. Rather than spending hours in complex design software or wrestling with static slides, I can use tools like Magic Layers and PDF editing to quickly turn assignments and visual journals into polished, academic-grade presentations.

  ### 17. Canva Makes Creating Multiple Ads Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica D. | Shop Owner/ Freelance AI Specialist, Apparel & Fashion, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva has really helped me create ads for my online clothing business. It’s made it much easier to work on multiple ads at the same time. With so many templates to choose from, putting together a classy ad is a breeze, and I can customize each template to match exactly what I’m looking for. Overall, the features are interesting and genuinely very useful.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I don’t particularly like the layout. It can be confusing for first-time users, and honestly it still trips me up even after using it a lot. Sometimes figuring out what each button does feels like a scavenger hunt. There are just so many buttons that it becomes overwhelming.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva benefits me greatly because I spend less time and money than I would if I had to hire an ad agency. For me, Canva is like having an agency on hand. It also helps me create ads in bulk, which saves me a lot of time. In online retail, the more ads I can share across social media, the better my returns are.

  ### 18. Canva Makes Polished Designs Fast—Easy, Collaborative, and Team-Friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hillary K. | Community Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how easy it makes design, even for people who are not professional designers. It’s quick to create polished graphics, presentations, flyers, social posts, and event materials without spending hours formatting. I also love how collaborative it is. Being able to share designs, edit in real time, and keep brand materials organized makes teamwork much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva can sometimes feel limiting once you need more advanced customization or detailed design control. Certain templates also start to look repetitive because so many people use them. I’ve also run into moments where formatting shifts unexpectedly between devices or when exporting files, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to finalize something quickly.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is solving the problem of needing design experience to create professional-looking materials. Even without being a strong designer, I’m able to quickly make graphics, presentations, flyers, and social posts that look clean and organized. It benefits me by saving time, making content creation less intimidating, and helping me communicate ideas visually without needing outside design support for every project.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton M. | Manager, Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is an exceptionally useful tool for my job, and I use it almost every day now. I recently started a new role, and a lot of what I do in marketing involves tasks I haven’t had much experience with before. Canva has templates for just about everything, which makes it really easy to create materials like flyers, resumes, org charts, and more. Overall, it’s very easy to use and extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The only thing I don’t like is that finding a template I’ve previously used can sometimes be time-consuming. Since they have millions of templates, there are times when I just want to quickly search for one I’ve already used, and that can be difficult. Other than that, there’s really nothing to dislike. It’s a great tool.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to create a variety of marketing materials for my company—everything from flyers to pre-bid resumes and org charts.

  ### 20. Effortless Design with Endless Templates, But Needs Better Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritsu B. | Data analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really appreciate the sheer amount of templates in Canva; it's the best part for me. I don’t have to be a creative genius to make a decent-looking slide deck or social post, and I can simply search for the vibe I'm going with, swap colors, and be ready in like five minutes. The magic resize feature is a total lifesaver because taking one design and turning it into a LinkedIn header, tweet, or story without manually moving everything is huge. It saves me so much tedious front work. Additionally, the templates are a massive time saver, giving me a solid layout right away and making my work look professional without needing to know much about typography or spacing. The setup with Canva was incredibly easy—
just signing up with my Google account and getting into the editor in thirty seconds was awesome. I wasn't bogged down by installations, which pretty much makes it the definition of plug and play. I also use the Slack integration a lot; it's handy for getting notifications and comments directly in our team channel, while the Google Drive sync keeps all our assets organized effortlessly. Switching to Canva was smooth too, thanks to its zero learning curve, which is great for the non-designers in my team.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Well, the organization system is a huge mess. Once you have tons of projects, finding anything is a total pain because the folder structure feels super clunky. It definitely needs a better way to tag our sort files, so I'm not scrolling forever to find a thumbnail I made months ago. And it also gets really laggy when you're working on a big file. So if I have tech with 30 slides or a lot of high-res images, the interface starts to feel bloated and slow. Would be great if they optimize the performance for larger projects so it stays snappy even with a lot of elements.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for quick social graphics and banners. It saves me from learning complex tools like Figma or Photoshop. The background remover tool is an easy win, and its templates solve the blank page problem, making design effortless even if I'm not a professional designer.

  ### 21. The ultimate design partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sapna b. | Educational Content Creator (Freelance), E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The best part about Canva is its incredible user-friendliness combined with a massive library of educational assets. As a content creator for primary grades, I love how I can easily find high-quality illustrations and templates to create engaging 'Read, Color, & Learn' workbooks. The drag-and-drop interface makes professional designing accessible without needing complex software knowledge. Additionally, the 'Magic Resize' feature is a life-saver, allowing me to quickly turn a workbook cover into a marketing banner for Amazon KDP or a social media post in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While the library is vast, sometimes the search filters for specific educational icons could be more precise. Also, I would love to see more advanced typography controls for multi-page workbooks, such as better text-wrapping around images, which would make layout design even smoother for authors.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva has solved the problem of needing expensive, complex design software and professional graphic designers for my publishing projects. As an author, creating visually appealing workbooks for primary students used to be time-consuming and difficult. Now, I can design entire 44-page workbooks, like my 'Read, Color, & Learn' series, all in one place.

It benefits me by providing a one-stop-shop for everything—from designing book interiors and covers to creating marketing banners for my Amazon KDP dashboard. The ability to collaborate and store all my assets in the cloud means I can work on my educational projects from anywhere, ensuring I meet my publishing deadlines efficiently while maintaining a high professional standard.

  ### 22. Clean, Beginner-Friendly UI That Saves Time for Social Posts and Presentations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rehan A. | Salesforce Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

My experience with Canva has been really good so far. The UI is very clean and easy to understand, even if you are new to design. I mainly use it for social media posts and presentations and it saves a lot of time. Performance is mostly smooth but sometimes it gets a bit slow when working on bigger designs. The free version is useful and the pricing for pro feels reasonable. It also connects easily with social platforms which makes sharing simple. The AI tools are helpful for quick ideas and basic content.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Many of the good elements are only available in the paid version. The app can also become slow when working with heavier, more complex designs. I also feel there aren’t enough advanced editing options. The AI features can be helpful, but they’re not always accurate.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps solve the problem of creating good quality designs without needing professional design skills. Earlier, making posts or presentations used to take more time or required a designer. With Canva, I can quickly create social media content, presentations, and basic marketing materials on my own. It saves time, reduces dependency on others, and helps me maintain consistent and professional-looking content easily.

  ### 23. Canva: Versatile Templates, Easy Collaboration, and Amazing Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** talia c. | I am a marketing agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love using Canva because it has a low learning curve and is incredibly versatile, especially for anyone new to design. The extensive template library and user-friendly interface make it simple to create professional-looking graphics for everything from product mockups to social media content. The built-in elements and drag-and-drop tools save me a ton of time without sacrificing quality. I also really appreciate how easy it is to share designs and collaborate with clients.

Canva Pro is definitely worth it and offers a lot, including the Brand Kit, template links, the background remover, and additional elements. Their customer service team has also been amazing. I wasn’t happy with an item I printed 20 copies of because it came out too dark, and in less than five days after I reached out, everything was resolved and they sent me a lighter version of my original print.

There are various ai features such as magic write, which is great for brainstorming and getting quick ideas down, as well as magic media, which is decent for text to generating images, though the quality is sometimes inconsistent.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The formats you can output your visuals to are quite limited, you can't access your projects without wifi and support is email-only. On top of that, I feel the AI-generated images and videos still need improvement.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my problem of spending too much time on projects by offering a simpler alternative to more complex platforms. I used to struggle to create anything that looked professional, and even basic graphics could take hours. After switching to Canva, I can now produce high-quality presentations, social media content, and marketing materials in just minutes.

  ### 24. Effortless Design, Lacks Advanced AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meyya V. | Principal Dietitian, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really like the ease of use with Canva. There are heaps of templates available, which have been very useful for creating banners for my business. I've been using Canva for about four to five years now, and it's extremely easy to use. It's very simple to set up; you don't need a software and can just log in online. Adding teammates is straightforward, and there are constant updates on new features so it's never left behind. I also use its QR code generation quite frequently, as well as vector generation, background removal, and logo designing features.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I do feel that the media generation features on Canva are still a little basic, especially in comparison to something like CAT JBT or Gemini, and are unable to be flawless. The AI media generation is an area for improvement.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for easy media creation, including videos and image editing. The heaps of templates and pro features are very useful for creating business banners. It's simple to use, allowing me to add teammates easily and utilize its full potential.

Canva is easy to use and continues to innovate by adding new features, including AI integrations. Canva allows us to create content quickly for a variety of mediums, whether it be social media designs or a video demo for a presentation. It is truly a one-stop-shop for any creative needs we have and allows our team to collaborate more quickly without cumbersome logins and managing more hefty platforms like Adobe, taking a lift off of our only designer on staff. The ease of using Canva allows us to create designs that reflect our brand!

  ### 26. Easy-to-Use Design Tool with Powerful Bulk Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CJ P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I absolutely love using Canva; it’s incredibly easy to use. The depth and breadth of the options is unparalleled. The bulk create feature allows us to quickly knock out hundreds of designs in minutes, which is a blessing and helps extend our creative abilities. The additional apps and integrations, such as Google Sheets for bulk uploads and DNS domain integrations for launching test websites, provide substantial benefits in terms of both time and cost savings. These built-in features make Canva indispensable for creating many of our materials and those of our clients.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The conversion over to PowerPoint is often quite clunky. Fonts do not always translate well. Images will shift and resize which can add more time to a project or cost.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva lets us bulk create templated files rapidly, using AI to enhance designs. It offers significant time and cost savings. We appreciate its ease of use, extensive options, and features like bulk create and additional apps that extend our creative capabilities.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lovepreet S. | Graphic Designer and Software Tester, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Simple ready to use templates, it gives me all the rights which are required for a particular user. Selecting any kind template required wheather its an poster/banner or video, Canva makes my work very easy, Earlier i use to use photoshop for minor edits, it takes time, but here in canva, single click to remove the background saves my time, i dont need to open photoshop now, doing changes and exporting in the required format, what else i want,i Design our company posters in canva and its very easy and time saving,
Its like an free employee working for me which reduces my work by 70-80%. Easy to Switch and Maintain teams, no storage limit, i can keep as many uploads i want and the good things is i can place uploads in an particular folder which helps to find the file easily. No alternative for canva for me.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Web View lags a bit, even if i install it using the store on my laptop, its like web view only, if files are heavy or any project which i made is heavy,it takes lot of time, it should have an software version like Corel Draw which can be installed and used and even some features without internet, Basic things it should provide without internet connection, things which can be done at device level. Vector mode & video edit needs more improvement,, Peocessing some data on device will definetly make it ,faster to use, last poin it should provide cdr,psd outputs

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moneyyyy, Previously our company hired an Graphic designer who used to make posters in photoshop, we dont make much posters but we have to pay the designer full time, now in Canva normal user can design simple posters, not only design, just select and edit. Anything that matters in professional world is Time & Money, for me it saves time as com[pared to photoshop and Money as normal employee can select a template and work on it, no graphic designer required. ### 28. Our Sprint Reviews Actually Look Good Now and That's Saying Something

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaleem A. | Software Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What stands out most is the collaboration side of it. Our product team uses Canva to put together sprint review decks and roadmap visuals and being able to jump into the same file, comment and edit in real time is pretty convenient. As someone who constantly needs sign-off from multiple people, the shared workspace feature cuts down a lot of the usual back and forth. For a BA who straddles both the technical and business side it's a solid middle ground tool.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The version history is something I genuinely wish was better. When multiple people are editing the same deck during sprint review prep things can get messy fast and Canva's ability to track who changes what and roll back cleanly is not really there in any meaningful way. Coming from a BA background where documentation and traceability matter a lot that gap is something I notice more than most people probably would.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it's really solving is the communication friction between technical and business teams. A lot of what I do as a BA is translating complex requirements or workflows into something both sides can align on quickly and Canva gives me the visual language to do that without a long turnaround. The benefit is pretty direct honestly. Meetings are tighter decisions get made faster and I'm not showing up with a wall of text in a Google Doc asking people to use their imagination.

  ### 29. Clean, Intuitive Design That Makes Creating High-Quality Visuals Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathilde L. | CSM Team Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how easy it is to use. It has a clean, intuitive design that makes it simple to create high-quality visuals without spending hours on them or needing any professional design experience.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is that organizing and finding existing designs isn’t very intuitive. When working with projects or team folders, the structure can feel a bit unclear, and the search function tends to prioritize creating new designs over locating existing ones. As a result, I sometimes spend unnecessary time trying to find files I’ve already created.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps solve the challenge of creating professional, visually appealing content without needing strong design skills or a lot of time. It provides templates, inspiration, and easy-to-use tools that make it much easier to get started and stay creative.

This benefits me by saving time, reducing the effort needed to produce high-quality designs, and making it possible to quickly create content that looks polished and on-brand -even without a design background.

  ### 30. Intuitive, Free Tool for Quick Edits and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joydeep P. | Free lancer , web dev, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really value that Canva is free and offers plenty of editing options, allowing me to add and change things easily. Its user interface is incredibly easy to understand and navigate through. One feature I particularly like is the ability to drop files directly from my download tab into Canva and start editing right away. This feature saves me the hassle of locating files, which saves time and lets me get going with editing without a hitch. The initial setup was also very easy, just requiring a log in and then everything is available for use.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It feels it's a lot at times, like things that are not necessary are there too.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is free, provides easy editing, and I love that I can drop files directly into it to start working. It saves me time by simplifying file location and editing.

  ### 31. Easy to Use, Pro-Quality Templates and Fast Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit M. | Junior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most is how incredibly easy it is to use while still offering professional-quality templates. I can create stunning social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials in minutes, even without any design background. The drag-and-drop editor and massive library of stock photos, fonts, and illustrations eliminate the need for separate design tools or expensive assets. Real-time team collaboration also allows team members to comment, edit, and approve designs simultaneously, which helps streamline the feedback loop.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is the increasing paywall creep. Many templates, elements, and even basic features like the background remover now require a Pro subscription, which interrupts my workflow with constant upgrade prompts. The offline functionality is also very limited. On top of that, the export quality options feel restrictive, and vector exports often lose quality.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves design inaccessibility—traditionally, creating professional-looking graphics required expensive software and years of training. It also addresses asset fragmentation by offering a unified library of templates, fonts, and illustrations. For me, the benefit is massive time savings: I can quickly produce a polished social post or presentation. It also lowers my stress because I don’t need to coordinate with a designer for every small visual task.

  ### 32. Intuitive UI, Powerful Features That Make Design Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davide C. | Head of Sales, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is its UI/UX. It’s incredibly intuitive and well-designed, which makes creating content fast and enjoyable even without a design background. I use it regularly for presentations, social media visuals, and internal materials, and the drag-and-drop experience makes everything feel simple and immediate.

In terms of integrations, Canva fits well into my workflow with tools like Google Drive and Slack, making it easy to import assets and share designs with the team.

From a performance perspective, it’s very reliable. Designs load quickly, and even more complex projects remain smooth to work on.

Considering pricing and ROI, it offers great value. The free version is already powerful, and the paid plan unlocks features that easily justify the cost given the time saved and the quality of output.

The onboarding experience is excellent, with templates, tutorials, and a very low learning curve, so you can start producing content almost immediately. Support and documentation are also clear and helpful.

Finally, the AI features, like text-to-image, background removal, and content suggestions, are a great addition. They speed up the creative process and help generate ideas quickly.

Overall, Canva combines ease of use, flexibility, and powerful features in a way that makes it one of the most efficient tools for everyday design needs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

There’s not much to dislike, but there are a few areas where Canva could improve.
When working on more complex designs or very large files, performance can occasionally slow down.

While the platform is very easy to use, some advanced customization options are still limited compared to professional design tools, especially for more precise layout control.

Collaboration works well overall, but version control can sometimes be unclear when multiple people are editing the same design.

Finally, some of the best features and assets are only available in the paid version, which can be a limitation for teams relying heavily on the free plan.

Overall, these are relatively minor trade-offs compared to how powerful and efficient Canva is for everyday design work.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me create high-quality visual content quickly without relying on professional design tools or external support.
Before using it, producing presentations or graphics required more time, multiple tools, or specific design skills.

Now, I can design everything in one place — from slides to social media visuals — using ready-made templates and intuitive editing tools.
This significantly reduces turnaround time and allows me to focus more on content rather than design execution.

It also makes collaboration easier, since I can quickly share designs and collect feedback in real time.
Overall, Canva improves productivity, speeds up content creation, and enables me to deliver visually effective materials with minimal effort.

  ### 33. A Big Help for Small Businesses and Social Media Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel A. | store manager, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

One of the things I like most about Canva is how much time it saves me when creating designs. The drag-and-drop editor makes it really easy to put together graphics without needing advanced design skills. For example, instead of starting from scratch, I use their ready-made templates for social media posts and presentations, which cuts my design time from hours to minutes.

I also find the AI tools, like Magic Design and background remover, especially useful. The background remover lets me instantly clean up product photos without using complicated software like Adobe Photoshop, which speeds up my workflow a lot.

Another feature I regularly use is the Brand Kit. It keeps my colors, fonts, and logos in one place, so everything I create stays consistent without extra effort. This is really helpful when I’m working on multiple designs for the same project.

An unexpected benefit for me has been how easy it is to collaborate. I can share a design link and get feedback or edits from others in real time, which makes teamwork much smoother compared to sending files back and forth.

Overall, Canva helps me work faster, stay consistent, and create professional-looking designs even without a design background.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside I’ve experienced with Canva is its limited flexibility compared to more advanced tools like Adobe Photoshop. While Canva is great for quick designs, it can feel restrictive when I need precise control over elements, layers, or detailed editing.

Another issue is that some of the best templates, graphics, and features are locked behind the Pro subscription. This can be frustrating when I find a design I like but can’t fully use it without upgrading.

I’ve also noticed that designs can sometimes look similar to others since many people use the same templates. This makes it a bit harder to create something truly unique without spending extra time customizing.

Lastly, Canva can lag or slow down when working on large or complex projects, especially with many elements on one page, which affects my workflow.

Overall, while Canva is very convenient, these limitations can make it less ideal for more advanced or highly customized design work.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of needing design skills and expensive software to create professional-looking graphics. Before using it, creating visuals meant either learning complex tools like Adobe Photoshop or hiring a designer, which took more time and money.

For me, Canva removes that barrier completely. I can quickly create social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials using ready-made templates, which saves me hours each week. Instead of starting from scratch, I just customize existing designs to fit my needs.

It also solves the problem of inconsistency. With features like the Brand Kit, I can keep my colors, fonts, and logos organized, so everything I create looks cohesive without extra effort.

Another big benefit is speed and convenience. Tasks like removing image backgrounds or resizing designs for different platforms can be done in seconds, which used to take much longer manually.

Overall, Canva helps me work faster, reduce costs, and produce polished designs without needing advanced technical skills.

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I find Canva really helps in making things visually appealing and enjoys a seamless process for creating templates. I use it for creating signage or visuals to share internally or post around the office. It's collaborative, which is nice, and it really helps drive efficiency. Canva saves a lot of time, even for someone like me who isn't artistically adept, helping me to make beautiful designs that resonate. Additionally, the ease of setup deserves a score of about 8.9 out of 10. I'm also pretty happy with the overall service from the platform.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think that the AI features and some of the template development and just how that's integrated could use a little bit of work.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for making designs more visually appealing and creating templates easily. It's collaborative, which makes teamwork smoother. It saves us a lot of time and helps even those who aren't artistically talented to create beautiful designs.

  ### 39. Intuitive Design Tool with Room for Improved Photo Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yashar M. | Freelance data analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

For the project where I needed to present my ideas, I chose a template, integrated my content into its structure, and then downloaded it. That way, instead of spending time designing a presentation from scratch, I could focus on the details, the context, and the information I wanted to communicate. It was really easy to use since it was free and very fast, and I only had to log in via Google, so the onboarding process was straightforward as well.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I don’t like that there aren’t folders for organizing photos. It would be really helpful if they added a folder feature so I can sort photos by project and keep everything organized. Also, the AI features feel forced on the user. And integration with Google Slides isn’t available—or at least it isn’t visible enough for me to figure out how to connect it to Google Slides.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me focus on the content without stressing about the design. The drag-and-drop interface is easy to use, and I appreciate having free access. I can also quickly find and add images from the built-in selection, which makes it simple to enhance my presentations.

  ### 40. Simplifies Design with Handy Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susana V. | Sales Manager SMERF, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to create logos, design invitations, presentations, and business cards. I like that it solves a lot of problems for me, mainly because of the templates. The templates help a lot when I’m not feeling especially creative and still need to put something together that looks good.

Canva also saves me a lot of money because I don’t have to pay someone else for designs like logos or invitations. It genuinely feels like I’m working with professionals—it’s like having a professional service that helps me design what I need in a way that’s clear, polished, and really nice, all for a very reasonable price.

What I value most about Canva is the templates: you tell Canva what you need, and it gives you a starting point you can build on from there. The initial setup was very easy, and overall it’s a very user-friendly tool.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I don’t have anything negative to say about Canva.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves a lot of problems for me, mainly through its templates that help when I'm not feeling creative. It also saves me money since I don't need to pay someone for designs like logos and invitations.

  ### 41. Effortless Design with Versatile Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunny S. | Enterprise Business - APAC, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I create Logos, Flyers, Stickers, Presentations, One Pagers, Instagram Posts, LinkedIn Posts, and Reels with Canva. The templates help a lot in ideation and make it effortless to create unique designs by simply adding content. I really like the ease of use, the ability to download in multiple formats, resizing capabilities, fast outputs, accessibility on multiple devices, and the huge library of creatives. The resizing feature is especially useful, as it allows me to easily resize logos or creatives without worrying about symmetry for various platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook. Switching from Adobe Express to Canva, I find Canva much easier to use, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Not sure, but organizing stuff could be easier, and if some AI is used for contextualizing and saving projects in a folder based on keywords or names, it'll be easier.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Canva's templates handy for ideation and creating unique designs effortlessly. The ease of use, resizing capabilities, fast outputs, accessibility on multiple devices, and a huge library of creatives are really beneficial.

  ### 42. Easy-to-Use Templates, Quality Stock Images, and Time-Saving Brand Reuse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh J. | Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is a very easy-to-use tool. What I like most about Canva is its pre-built templates, along with the pre-approved sizes for different types of media, such as LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, presentations, and custom size options for LinkedIn cover images. On top of that, the stock images are very good quality, and I also like the video editing features. Another thing I appreciate is that once the brand credentials are saved, we can reuse them again and again, which saves a lot of time.

We use Canva to manage our company’s social media accounts, develop sales collateral, and handle any other graphic design needs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva could include more India-specific stock images, as the current selection feels limited and low in number. Also, the dashboard for managing recently accessed files could be more decluttered; right now it gets jumbled every time I open and work on previous files. It would also help if Canva allowed me to rename a file before creating a copy, since that would make organizing versions easier.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps our team design all kinds of graphics and media for our website, blog, and social media accounts. It also supports us in creating sales collateral for the team. Beyond that, we use it for day-to-day image and video editing needs for various purposes.

  ### 43. Canva Makes On-Brand Marketing Easy for Non-Designers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark W. | Founder, Staffing and Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I don't come from a graphic design background so for a solo operator such as myself, the ease of working with Canva to create marketing assets for my business has been a real game-changer.

For beginners to design, the range of templates, particularly digital assets for use on social media platforms is a great way to get started; and there really is a design template for every style you could want.

If maintaining a 'brand' feel is important to you, the design features allow you to create a brand pack complete with all your relevant colours and font/text styles.

The platform integrates into all of the popular social media platform so no need to download designs manually in order to post on our preferred apps.

Of late I've been really impressed with the new AI function. Just a few words into the prompt box and the platform creates really strong imagery. I'm still in the early days of using this function, but so far so good!

The introduction of the AI function hasn't slowed down the speed at which the platform operates either. I've noticed no drop off, and the operating speed continues to be snappy.

I find the pricing plans really good value for money. I largely operate on the entry level pricing tier as that works for the size of my operation and what I need from the platform; but there are times where I need a more expansive template or design feature and when that happens I find it easy to upgrade my subscription, and then scale back down when I'm ready.

At the end of the day I can strongly recommend Canva to anyone who is curious. You don't need to be design led to use the platform, it really is that easy to produce on brand marketing assets and tools for your business.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish the business pricing tier was more competitive as I would use it more than I do right now. The basic tier works really well for me, and there's nothing I really need the business tier for especially, but some of the design functions do speed things up at times.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is saving me a lot of money in freelancer design fees. About 95% of all my design requirements I now do myself through Canva.

  ### 44. Intuitive Design, Perfect for Quick Team Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryl V. | Marketing Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I find Canva very easy to use and intuitive without a long learning curve. It's simple to understand and not very complicated, which helps when onboarding new team members who can quickly grasp the software and start working. I like that a lot of the elements are drag and drop, which really helps in the creative process. Setting up Canva was really easy; we got it done in less than a day, and it was simple to start using the templates that were available. I appreciate how economical it is, being very accessible with a cheap yearly subscription that includes a lot of photos, videos, and stock images out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The good thing about Canva being simple is also a downside. Sometimes we have to look to other platforms like Photoshop or Illustrator to do fine work. It has certain limitations because you cannot really do granular work on it. So that's the only downside I think of it. Other than that, I don't really see any issues with the software.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps us easily create marketing collateral, social media posts, and presentations. It's simple, intuitive, and has a short learning curve, making onboarding easy. However, its simplicity means we sometimes need other tools for finer work.

  ### 45. Canva Makes Professional Design Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco G. | Asesor para el cliente, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how easy it makes professional design for non-designers. The most helpful features are the thousands of ready-to-use templates and the drag-and-drop editor. I also love the brand kit tool that saves my colors and fonts. The biggest upsides are that it works entirely in my browser, offers a generous free tier, and allows real-time collaboration with my team. I can create social media posts, presentations, and videos in minutes instead of hours.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is that many useful elements, templates, and features like background remover and magic resize are locked behind the Pro subscription. The free version feels very limited once you get used to the premium options. Another downside is that Canva requires a stable internet connection since it is entirely cloud-based. Offline access is very restricted. The image editor also lacks advanced controls like curves, layers, and precision masking, so for complex photo editing I still need other software. Finally, when you export files, the compression can sometimes reduce image quality, especially for print materials.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of needing expensive design software and professional graphic designers for basic visual content. It benefits me by allowing me to create high-quality social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials on my own in minutes. For business, Canva helps solve the problem of inconsistent branding across different teams and platforms. With brand kits and shared templates, everyone in my organization can produce on-brand content without asking a designer for every small change. It also solves the problem of slow turnaround times. Instead of waiting days for a freelance designer, I can edit and publish same day. This saves my business money on external design fees and helps me launch marketing campaigns faster.

  ### 46. Canva is Literally the Best App and I'm a Designer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cressy T. | Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist , Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

As a graphic designer, Canva offers me the ability to share my craft with others. Everyone can use it and their free option is generous! I have recommended Canva and/or implemented it into my workplace for almost as long as it's been around. I've had amazing customer support and have worked with a rep specific to my line of work who was so genuine. Canva has been easy to maneuver since it's start. The browser is my primary go to but the mobile app is pretty user friendly too. It's brand kit section is probably my favorite features. I love having my brand tools at the ready—colors, fonts, logos, graphics, and so much more! Canva provides what seems like an endless amount of templates, ideas, and elements. It changed the template game and I think only for the better.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

My two biggest gripes with Canva are its AI and the lack of an artboard/workspace outside of the active canvas. The AI integration through ChatGPT is disappointing; the two don’t seem to actually work well with each other. I try it every so often to see if it's improved, but I still find the AI to be hallucinatory or banal. I've asked for it many times, but Canva would be even better if it offered a workspace to drag elements off the screen. Figma and Adobe have it and I think if they could get that out, it would bump them back up to the top.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva allows for 'non' creatives to get artsy which in turn allows me to trust them to make something that won't be terrible. The brand kit is a lifesaver for this! I can have an entire repository of our assets from anywhere. I love how responsive the app is when I'm looking for uploads, elements, etc. We pay for the company/team tier which also offers premium designs and content which has saved us in a pinch. I think Canva saves us time and money plus, it's fun to use!

  ### 47. Easy-to-Use, Powerful Design Tool for Creating High-Quality Visuals Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayan M. | Freelance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is how easy it is to use while still offering powerful design features. The drag-and-drop interface makes it straightforward to create professional-looking designs, even if you don’t have prior design experience. It also includes a wide variety of templates, fonts, and design elements, which really helps streamline and speed up the creative process. Overall, it’s a great tool for quickly producing high-quality visuals for social media, presentations, and other types of projects.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside of Canva is that, although it’s very easy to use, some of the more advanced customization options feel limited compared with professional design software. A number of features and premium templates are locked behind a paid plan, which can be restrictive if you’re using the free version. Also, designs can sometimes end up feeling less unique because so many people start from the same templates. More flexibility overall, along with stronger advanced editing controls, would make it even better.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the challenge of creating professional-looking designs without needing advanced design skills or expensive software. It streamlines the whole design process with ready-made templates, intuitive drag-and-drop tools, and a broad range of assets. For me, this means I save time and can quickly create visuals for social media, presentations, and other projects, while still keeping everything polished and consistent.

  ### 48. Intuitive All-in-One Design Tool with Great Templates and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen P. | Finance Manager, Medical Practice, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how intuitive and accessible it is, even for people without a design background. The drag and drop interface makes it easy to create polished visuals quickly, and the wide range of templates, fonts, and elements helps streamline the design process. I also appreciate how it combines multiple tools; like presentations, social media graphics, and basic video editing into one platform, which saves time and keeps everything organized. The collaboration features are another big plus, making it simple to work with teammates in real time.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside of Canva is that some of its more advanced features and assets are locked behind the paid subscription, which can be limiting for users on the free plan. It can also feel a bit restrictive for more complex or highly customized designs compared to professional tools, since there’s less control over fine details. Additionally, designs can sometimes look similar to others if you rely heavily on templates, which makes it harder to create something truly unique.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of making design accessible to non-designers by removing the need for advanced skills or expensive software. It simplifies the process of creating professional-looking visuals through ready made templates, drag and drop tools, and built-in assets. This benefits me by saving time and reducing the learning curve. I can quickly create presentations, social media graphics, or marketing materials without needing deep design expertise. It also streamlines collaboration and keeps everything in one place, which makes my workflow more efficient.

  ### 49. Endless Design Possibilities with Canva’s Easy-to-Use, High-Quality Graphics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tosha h. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The possibilities are endless for designs. I have loved all of the added features that come with the paid version. The graphics are of great quality and endless. There have been very few times that I haven't been able to find exactly what I am looking for. I love being able to upload my own files and edit them. Canva is extremely easy to use. What you are looking for is relatively easy to find. I have used Canva multiple times to create projects for my Rise vision board. It worked seamlessly together.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I haven't had very many issues with Canva. The only problem I have had, and I believe it was more operator error than anything, is sharing a project so each person could edit their own version and keep the original the same.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me with communicating with the parents of my students by enabling me to make eye-catching projects that are hard to ignore.

  ### 50. Fast Designs with Canva’s Easy Templates and Included Resources

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helder G. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva’s pre-set templates make designing so easy. I get inspiration from the different templates, and all I have to do is add my logo, modify the text, and maybe change the colors to fit my brand. It has helped me create beautiful content very quickly, and it’s very easy to use and understand.

Also I like all the resources that are including on my membership, from stock photos to cute graphic designs, makes every penny worth.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

To be honest, there’s nothing I dislike about Canva. It has helped me with so many projects that I’m very familiar with it. The only thing I’d say needs improvement is its AI/intelligence, because it isn’t as good at generating content as other AI chatbots.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helped me solve a lot of communication and branding problems. When I started at this company, it lacked consistency across designs and all the flyers were outdated. Thanks to Canva, I was able to bring harmony to the company’s brand and update the flyers with artistic, beautiful, and professional designs. All with little effort thanks to Canva's performance and tools.
