What do you like best about Canopy?

Having a place to store and share information about our clients is so helpful. Once documents get scanned in, we can all access them. You log into Canopy and there it is. Clients can also upload their documents to Canopy so all team members can access them. This is extremely helpful during tax season when we are all so busy. Clients appreciate not having to come down to the office to give us their documents to copy. Easier all the way around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canopy?

The least helpful thing was having to learn how to use Canopy. It was actually quite simple though. There isn't anything I dislike about Canopy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canopy solving and how is that benefiting you?

All info is in one place. Easy to share notes about clients. Less email time to clarify issues. In the past few months, my company started using "Tasks". That has been really helpful once we learned how to use it. We had some issues with some workers jumping ahead on the tax returns before they had gone through all the checking we do before a tax return is done. Now it is easy for our whole office to see where each person is on their work for a particular client. Really helpful feature. Problem solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
