What I like most is the client portal experience. When we're pitching potential clients, being able to show them a secure, modern portal where they can collaborate, share documents, and sign agreements digitally makes us look like a much more sophisticated firm than we actually are. The engagement wizards with custom pricing and automated billing frequencies also help us eliminate scope creep before it becomes an issue. The integrated CRM and document management mean I don't have to chase down status updates from the ops team—I can see exactly where each client is in the pipeline, which helps me forecast revenue and attribute it back to specific marketing campaigns. The platform is cloud-native and the migration was surprisingly smooth, which is not something I expected from a tool that does this much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting and analytics capabilities could be more robust for someone in my role. I need to understand how our internal efficiency with the tool is translating into better client retention and faster deal cycles, but the built-in dashboards are more operationally focused than marketing-focused. We've had to build some of our own tracking to bridge that gap, which adds complexity. The AI features, specifically Canopy Coworker, are inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
