I like how Canopy keeps everything in one place and the workflow is consistently in front of me via the dashboard. What I like most about Canopy is the email insight feature where I can see my firm’s emails for all of my employees and staff, and they can reply as me as needed. I also appreciate the fluidity of the email into the calendar. It saves us time by combining services and streamlines everyone having to be in each other’s email. I would love the ability for a meeting notetaker where I can copy everything over to other systems or modify it. The meeting notetaker has enhanced it by linking to the specific client, but I need the ability to modify it or add and delete things. The initial setup was a lot of work because the workflows in Canopy weren't as extensive as I expected. I would like the option to share workflows from other firms.
