What do you like best about Canopy?

Canopy was a game-changer this past tax season. I bought a CPA firm in a different location from my practice, and I also have a remote worker. Canopy allowed me to know the status of every return in real time and communicate with the team members working on each client task, and also communicate with the clients through Canopy. It is also great for receiving client documents and storing them in the client portal. I love the ability to edit the client documents and leave notes for other team members. The clients like having instant access to their tax records and tax returns, and they also really like the e-signature feature through Canopy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canopy?

What problems is Canopy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canopy saves me time, organizes clients' files, and gives the client and my team a single place to store all client documents. Canopy allows me to work from any location and access everything I need.
