What do you like best about Canner?

I love that Canner is a Canadian alternative to the big players in this space. It's noticeably cheaper than the big services, which matters a lot for a small studio like ours, and we don't feel like we're sacrificing anything to get there.

It's also performant, and it was really easy to deploy with the framework we're used to working with, Astro. We were up and running quickly without having to bend our stack around the tool.

The support is the other standout. The team is responsive and genuinely receptive to feedback. I've sent in a few recommendations over time and have seen some of them show up in the product, which is rare with software vendors. It feels like a team that listens to its users and ships accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canner?

When I joined Canner very early on, the platform had a few bugs that got in the way of my workflow. I reported them to the team and they have all since been fixed, so I don't have any lingering complaints. It was the usual rough edges you'd expect from an early-stage product, and the quick turnaround on fixes made it easy to stay on board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
