"Canadian Hosting Built for Modern Developers and AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Canner?

What I like most about Canner is how much infrastructure it brings together in one place while still being straightforward to use. As a small Canadian software developer, having Canadian hosting, managed PostgreSQL, application deployment, storage and other services under one platform is very appealing.

What has impressed me most, though, has been the support. I ran into some fairly technical issues while moving a real application onto Canner, and Colin worked directly with me to diagnose them. In a few cases, the issues I encountered actually resulted in improvements being made to the platform. That level of responsiveness is difficult to find with larger hosting providers.

I'm also very interested in Canner's direction with AI agents and MCP. I increasingly use AI agents to develop and maintain applications, so having infrastructure designed to be operated by both developers and agents has a lot of potential for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canner?

Canner is still a growing platform, so there are some areas where I currently need other services or would like to see the platform expand. Broader authentication options, transactional email, first-class background workers/queues, and eventually high-availability database failover would make it easier for me to keep an entire application within Canner. I’d also like to see more of Canner’s infrastructure exposed through its MCP/agent capabilities. That said, the team has been extremely responsive to feedback, and I’ve already seen features improve as a result of real-world issues I encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
