What I like most about Cannabud.ai is how it completely eliminated our daily paperwork and spreadsheet headache while keeping us 100% compliant. In our day-to-day operations, being able to track every single plant from seed to sale and pull up full batch histories for GACP/GMP compliance with just a few clicks is a lifesaver. The mobile app makes it incredibly easy for the team on the floor to log watering, transplanting, and harvesting tasks in real-time, and the fact that we can add as many staff members as we need without paying extra user fees helps us scale our operations smoothly without skyrocketing costs. What I like least about Cannabud.ai is that it falls a bit short when it comes to advanced, standalone financial accounting. While it does a great job tracking our operational costs per gram and managing physical inventory, we still have to rely on external software to handle our core corporate accounting and tax reporting. Additionally, because the platform is heavily optimized for indoor facilities and greenhouse environments, it lacks built-in features for outdoor cultivation, such as GPS field mapping or native weather and rainfall tracking.
