What do you like best about Candidate Management System?

I like the user friendly portal that Net-hire provides. They have a nice set up and the website is easy to get around in. The phone app is also very user friendly although I didn't use it very much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Candidate Management System?

The talent pool seems to repeat applicants that have already applied through the system. If I mark a person as a non-candidate, somehow they are able to reapply. I am not sure if that candidate is using a different email or if it is just a glitch in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Candidate Management System:

This is a good system for tracking applicants. It also has a nice mobile application as well. The pricing is relatively good compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Candidate Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is a good additional recruiting tool to use. We trial different systems to see if we can get good results from multiple platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
