What do you like best about Candidate Information for Works Council?

The Works Council Solution has transformed how we manage co-determination processes. The Solution is a valuable extension for everyone using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. It addresses the critical need to involve works councils in the recruiting process while ensuring efficient communication and compliance, it boosts efficiency and saves us valuable time. What stands out the most is the intuitive dashboard that centralizes all requests and candidate information. This feature alone makes it significantly easier for our Works Council to access, review, and respond to requests swiftly. What do you dislike about Candidate Information for Works Council?

There are some limits in the customization of the app, for our needs it was okay, and it feels like one system.

Due to our permission guideline we currently have to use technical users per location. The workers council has to proxy as the respective location technical user in order to open the solution and have the right permissions. We've noticed a substantial drop in time used for processing information. This has accelerated our recruitment process and improved our overall efficiency. The tool enhances our Works Council's ability to participate effectively in decision-making processes.
