I find the price to be fair and the support is very helpful when I have some challenges. I like that i can always talk to a live person and not an animated system. I find the AI to be helpful when I am in a rut of creating captions. Overall the performance is good. Sometimes there are a few issues with the day to day loadings, or a lagging UI but overall they are small in comparison. Lastly, I have not used many of the integration features, but what I have used I have enjoyed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I find the program to not load as quickly as I feel it should. Sometimes the program will also not let me schedule a campaign because I haven't filled out the subject title when I have.
