**What do you like best about Calltouch?**

Calltouch is easy to use and doesn’t need much training. The setup is straightforward, and we were able to start using it quickly. It has good features for call tracking and analytics, which we use regularly for monitoring leads and performance. Integration with other tools like CRM and marketing platforms is smooth. Customer support is responsive and helps resolve issues on time.

**What do you dislike about Calltouch?**

Some reports and advanced features are a bit difficult to understand at first and could be more user-friendly. Occasionally, the dashboard feels cluttered when handling a large number of calls. Also, adding more customization options and improving documentation would make the tool even better.

**What problems is Calltouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calltouch helps us track and analyse incoming calls from different marketing channels, which was difficult earlier. It solves the problem of not knowing where leads are coming from and how calls are performing. With clear call data and reports, we can understand customer behaviour better and improve our marketing decisions. This helps in better lead quality, improved team performance, and overall better return on marketing spend.

**What do you like best about Calltouch?**

What I like best about Calltouch is how super user-friendly it is  the interface is clean and intuitive, making it a breeze to set up and track calls without any steep learning curve. It really shines in helping pinpoint exactly which ads and keywords are driving real leads and calls, so you can ditch the wasting money on crap campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Calltouch?**

One thing I dislike about Calltouch is the limited integrations it doesn't play nice with everything out there, so sometimes you gotta jump through hoops or use extra tools to connect it properly.

**What problems is Calltouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calltouch mainly solves the headache of figuring out which ads actually bring in calls instead of just clicks, by giving precise tracking on leads from different sources. It benefits me big time by letting me cut waste on underperforming campaigns and pour more cash into what works, boosting our ROI without guessing games.

**What do you like best about Calltouch?**

It's very easy to use, User friendly and has lot of features to detect whether the person is impersonating or not. Implementation is very easy to process and integration with third party products are better.

**What do you dislike about Calltouch?**

i personally dont feel like disliking this product as it has better customer support functionalities.

**What problems is Calltouch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So major problem like identifying the caller and getting anonymity detections for the impersonating person. So it will help to collect and register the logs by recording and letting us know who the person is talking behind that technology.

Best in analytics, it could be the good fit for integration with CRM and any sort of marketing tools.
Also call recording facilities are there so it's the easiest way to collect proofs when needed

So as of now ! Personally I don't find anything which divert my mind to dislike this product
