"Frictionless, Reliable Meetings—With Integrations Still Catching Up"
5/5
What do you like best about Callab.me?

I use Callab.me for 1-on-1 client meetings, project walkthroughs, and technical mentoring sessions. I like that it’s browser-based, with no installation needed, so guests can join right away through one link without creating an account or downloading software. Setup is very easy, and the controls are straightforward. Screen sharing is responsive with low latency, and the audio and video stay stable even with modest internet bandwidth. It reduces client onboarding friction and meeting delays, and takes less resource overhead. I also appreciate its low CPU and RAM footprint, consistent room URLs, stable WebRTC performance, and clear audio quality. I can paste a static room link into Google Calendar or Calendly invites so participants get their entry link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Callab.me?

I find the lack of a shared digital whiteboard and collaboration tools limiting. Cloud recording and post-call file storage are very basic, and workflows and integrations with Google Calendar, Outlook, CRM, WebSocket, and webhooks are minimal. I also have to handle a lot of importing and exporting manually; I’d like a connector that lets me connect everything automatically with one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
