They have always been helpful when we had problems. We can coordinate more efficiently. We started using it during lockdown for social distancing and that worked well too. The interaction between grouped permissions and individual permissions causes some problems. We have multiple working groups where all of that group need a specific set of equipment, so a group is used to add those items in bulk, but then when an individual works across workgroups, having a pre-set group that does not give permission makes it time consuming to add the individual items. We still would like a feature that automatically counts how many hours a device has been used since some last known set point and can easily provide the total - there are work-arounds using exported reports for this.
