The booking system is intuitive and includes a clear graphical view of booking times for each instrument. Users don’t need any training from the Calira admin to start making bookings. For each instrument, you can configure the minimum and maximum allowed booking durations. Instrument-specific QR codes can be generated and attached to the instrument(s), giving users quick and easy access to the Calira mobile app. It’s also straightforward to add additional (similar) instruments using the “copy/paste” function.
