What do you like best about Calibr Learn?

Calibr is straightforward, the UI is clean, and my team just got it without much handholding. For a startup where everyone is already wearing 3 hats, this really matters. The support from Calibr team has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calibr Learn?

Skill gap analysis is not there yet. It would be nice to have. But I am told it's coming by next quarter so fingers crossed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calibr Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were literally managing onboarding on Google Docs and random Notion pages — it was a mess. Calibr brought everything under one roof. New joinees now have a proper learning path and we don't have to repeat ourselves every time someone new comes in. Saves us a lot of time. The tool has also helped us streamline various compliance requirements related to ISO 27001. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
