What do you like best about CaliberAI?

I like CaliberAI mainly because of its efficiency in analyzing risky content and its relative simplicity in comparison to other solutions, the program has the function of recognizing the context of the content, thanks to which it can more effectively identify threats than other similar programs. Also, it has a user-friendly GUI, which enables various teams to deploy and implement the solutions without the need for prior training. Specifically, the indicated program enables us to filter all the dangerous content that potentially threatens the welfare of our users: hate speech, misinformation, and other forbidden content. What do you dislike about CaliberAI?

Despite the fact that CaliberAI offers a great solution for our business, we experienced some minor issues – this tool does not have integrations with other platforms which are popular nowadays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CaliberAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

In this particular organization, we utilize CaliberAI when it comes to business matters concerning the identification and avoidance of the risky content that, sometimes, may be posted on our online platform; situations where prompt action is required to eradicate risky content thus preserving our brand’s image. Some of the benefits is evident and include user confidence in the platform we created with the help of Caliber AI, less time spent in moderating content, and making the work of our team more efficient.
