What do you like best about CAFM Explorer?

What do you dislike about CAFM Explorer?

Overall it has some amazing features but sometimes I found it more complex. Not a user-friendly interface. the second thing which I don't like about this is that it has no instant help feature in case of emergency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
