C2M, is amazing when it comes to trend analysis. The variety of dashboards allow the users to experiment freely and not be restricted. The learning curve for the tool is not very steep, very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to dislike about c2m analayze. However, the tool may be a bit expensive for the users and it also requires "some" technical knowledge to understand the tool, so might be difficult for a few users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
