The real strength behind ConductorOne is the ability to leverage its workflows against, at first glance, many disparate SaaS systems which may not have cohesive workflows out of the box. The ease of setting up these integrations is bolstered by comprehensive guidance from their customer success team, in our case, led by Mallory Surpless. Her proactive nature has been a great asset in our implementation process and she is always quick to respond to any inquiries.
I have also found the Slack integration that allows users to request access to tools to be very accesable and easy to use for our end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
