What do you like best about BWT?

What we appreciate most is that BWT didn't just try to squeeze our processes into another off-the-shelf tool. They actually took the time to understand how our data and reporting really work, and built the platform around that. We also really liked how clearly they separated the calculations from the AI side of things. What do you dislike about BWT?

Recommendations to others considering BWT:

If your reporting has outgrown spreadsheets or off-the-shelf SaaS tools and you want real control over your data and business logic, we'd recommend BWT. Our advice: go into the project with a clear picture of your key reporting workflows, data sources, and KPI definitions. What problems is BWT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our data used to be scattered across different portals, systems, spreadsheets, and Power BI, and a lot of the reporting was done by hand. On top of that, more than 40 KPI calculations were buried inside Power BI itself, so switching tools or adjusting our reporting as needs changed was a real hassle. BWT built us a centralized data platform in our own cloud, pulled the core KPI logic out into a proper, governed data layer, and added validation and traceability on top.
