What do you like best about BWT?

We're a small team, just two founders, but we came to you with a specific problem. We needed to be able to pull pricing from five different tour operator sites and match the same hotel across all five. On the first call, BWT understood the concept. They drafted a minimum viable product (MVP) to encapsulate the core matching logic and the price breakdown we needed, and delivered it on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BWT?

Recommendations to others considering BWT:

If you are early-stage and price-sensitive, tell them your numbers from the get-go - they’ll scope something that works. We began with a concentrated, simple offering, and it gave us enough to prove the concept to early customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BWT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hotels must find out if tour agents are sneakily discounting agreed rates. We lacked the engineering capabilities to construct the scraping and matching layer by ourselves. BWT managed that part allowing us to concentrate on the product side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
