What problems is BuzzTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem they solve is two fold; 1. Every step I introduce into the sales process creates an opportunity to lose people. Having a customer be able to speak to an intelligent sales rep whenever they are ready means I'm striking while interest is high. 2.
