And once it's set up, Buzzsprout does all the work! **What do you dislike about Buzzsprout?** I struggle to think of any downsides to Buzzsprout. I have not had any regrets or frustrations in the two years I have been using it. **What problems is Buzzsprout solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many podcasters have expertise to share, and experience to offer, but lack the technical skills to disseminate that content effectively. I’m absolutely blown away at the care and attention the entire support team has given our podcast. Everyone I talk to or refer our listeners to is friendly, patient, informed, and above all helpful. **What do you dislike about Buzzsprout?** I'd love it Buzzsprout offered coupon codes to help with promotional events. **What problems is Buzzsprout solving and how is that benefiting you?** We migrated over from Spotify last month, and this was no easy thing. We have 500 paid content subscribers who would lose their content with this switch. Buzzsprout has been there with a quick answer and a helping hand at every turn, with every new listener writing us with issues, they were ready to help them.
