**What do you like best about BuzzBoard Ignite?**

Prospecting made easy. Plug in a website or a category....and BAM! Everything is there for you. Locations, spending and product recommendations!  I believe in verifying all the information before talking to a client, but this helps me, and the team set up the client's need analysis.

**What do you dislike about BuzzBoard Ignite?**

Infomation isn't always accurate, but as I stated before. ALWAYS verify!

**What problems is BuzzBoard Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Discovering qualified businesses is a massive part of our job, so we dont wast time on unqualified leads! Buzzboard helps this discovery.

**What do you like best about BuzzBoard Ignite?**

I like the way the tool will provide insights and definitions of scoring while you're reviewing business reports.  You don't need to be an expert in every single area.

**What do you dislike about BuzzBoard Ignite?**

Sometimes it's hard to tell if an area is weighted or not.  Would be nice to see the scoring weights on the reports to help understand if the weights align with an individual's business goals.

**Recommendations to others considering BuzzBoard Ignite:**

Ask lots of questions so that it makes sense when you use it.  Understand how scores are weighted.  And if something doesn't suit your needs, bring it up with your rep.  They often come up with "on the fly" solutions to help it work better for you.

**What problems is BuzzBoard Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buzzboard gives us a way to score the dealers' digital presence on a fair scale that can be compared to competitors in the space.  It starts a conversation about how their marketing presence stacks up and where they can improve, which makes it easier to also begin a conversation about investing in digital marketing services.

When I look for mutli locations in one state it gives one location and others outside of the state I'm searching in.

What I find most helpful is when I'm on a business website, just by simply clicking on the downloaded extension at the top will provide me a Buzz score, a profile and category insights on that business.  This feature is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about BuzzBoard Ignite?**

It's kind of intimidating at first because there is so much to it with all the different filters.  Luckily there are many tutorials and webinars that will get you up to speed.

**What problems is BuzzBoard Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a "one stop shop" to provide you all sorts of insight about a business and their digital health.

Competitor reports often feel more randomized than relevant.

I often ask an account manager or the client who their competitors are to alter a more relevant competition report.

Ability to run a quick competitive analysis and prospect by budget/industry.

Information is not always completely accurate - such as industry linked to the prospect, or types of advertising they are currently running.

**Recommendations to others considering BuzzBoard Ignite:**

Remember that no tool is 100% accurate as businesses are constantly changing. It's always best to confirm the information you uncover with multiple sources. However, I find that this tool provides a more effective jumping-off point for prospecting or identifying areas of growth for current clients.

**What problems is BuzzBoard Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buzzboard helps me to not just find businesses in categories and sub-categories that I want to prospect, but also helps ensure I spend my time on quality prospects that have the budget and need for our services.

**What do you like best about BuzzBoard Ignite?**

Easy to use. And easy to push leads into the CRM system and assign out to our sales staff. The most used is the search function to find new leads that are not currently being called on.

**What do you dislike about BuzzBoard Ignite?**

Sometimes the platform can be very slow. Data scrubbing is not always the best - the CRM and buzzboard do not communicate - sometimes it creates duplicate leads in the CRM because it doesn't see that it's already listed as a lead.

**What problems is BuzzBoard Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use buzzboard to research category that our sales team wants to focus on.  I can type in Liquor stores and buzzboard will pull up all liquor stores and I can assign them out to the team.

**What do you like best about BuzzBoard Ignite?**

I like the Chrome extension, BuzzBoard Connect, because it helps us qualify a prospect quickly.  We can even see Estimated Spend for privately-held companies, which is a great way to look for prospects.

**What do you dislike about BuzzBoard Ignite?**

Once in a while, after I modify the profile to add keywords, they don't get saved and I have to do it again.

**Recommendations to others considering BuzzBoard Ignite:**

There are a lot of free tools out there, but you're wasting your time if you can't trust what you are seeing in the reports. No automated tool is perfect, but BuzzBoard is the most accurate with the most data points of any tool I've found.

**What problems is BuzzBoard Ignite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started out using BuzzBoard as an SEO pre-sale evaluation tool, looking for SEO and website issues. But with the new advertising information and many other signals, we are able to get a much clearer picture of how large the company is and what they are doing right and where they have opportunity. Being able to use the tool for prospect qualification before we even try to pursue saves us time and money.
