What do you like best about Buzz to the Rescues?

Before switching to the Buzz to the Rescues, we had a basic website with separate online sites for logging our rescue's medical records, another for accounting, one for keeping track of fosters and adoptions, one for microchip registrations, etc., plus paper files everywhere! Since switching to Buzz, everything is in one place! No more logging out and logging into separate sites, plus all our records can now be stored online! It's such a time saver!

As a rescuer, one wants to spend more time with the animals and caring for them, than on the computer fighting to keep the records straight. The software is very user friendly and the time for our uploading of information we need to keep on the pets in our care has been cut more than half.

Also great, at least for us non-tech people, is the customer support! There are lots of "self-help" cheat sheets on how to use the various aspects of the system and, if there is a problem not covered by those, the support staff is there to help!

Plus, with more features coming regularly, it only gets better and better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buzz to the Rescues solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time and money! As stated before, the time spent uploading documents and information has been cut in half. Also, not having to pay for multiple sites is saving us money, which as a small rescue specializing in medical care rescues, means more of our money can go to helping the dogs.
