**What do you like best about Buzz?**

The most helpful features of it are:

1. The ability to launch channel campaigns in an quick and efficient manner is really great. The sign up process is really smooth, making it easy for me to open an account.

2. The powerful automation that it provides and the great helpful analytics also help to track the success of business campaigns, and also generate lead on auto pilot.

3. The user interface is really great and intuitive. It has lots of methods for contacting the potential clients and automates processes as well.

4. The organisation of prospecting operations are made simpler by its integration of contact database.

**What do you dislike about Buzz?**

Least helpful features of it are:

1. There were few bugs like seamless integration with HubSpot needs tobe improved. I was facing issue while integrating it with HubSpot.

2. The organising of the campaigns and the resources can be better, with enhancement of the dashboard as well.

3. In the pro plan, the statistics were unclear and the LinkedIn messages did not happen to be appeared in real time.

Buzz is a great sales engagement and intelligence platform enhanced with the power of artificial intelligence. It is a gem mine for the revenue and sales teams that helps them for all-in-one tasks like engaging more prospects, closing deals and more. Its powerful B2B contact database streamlines more prospecting and important activities.

**What do you like best about Buzz?**

What we like best about Buzz is the Sequence Builder.  It allows us to control many details of our process and build it the way we want, very easily.  We have also had a great experience with our Customer Success Manager, Isaac.  Buzz has been very responsive to any issues we have had. They have added a lot of new, helpful features.

**What do you dislike about Buzz?**

Most limits are due to external factors such as Email and LinkedIn.  I'd like to see the reporting capability enhanced.

**What problems is Buzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating our outbound sales sequences.  It is reasonably priced, flexible, and easy to use.

It is very user friendly, impactful, and has helped me generate valauble leads! It is easy to implement, I enjoy my 1:1 customer service meetings to help engage with the platform better, and it has been a game changer when it comes to generating new leads!

The product is well priced, it works, they constantly innovate and the customer service is first class. LinkedIn Automation is complex and endlessly customizable. Having a support team to show you the ropes is vital. Well done to Isaac, Logan and Gareth!

**What do you like best about Buzz?**

I personally absolutely love the new Nifty feature that they have introduced that helps me combine Linkdin emails and messages in sequence. I also like their USer Interface as its bug free and very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Buzz?**

While signing up for the software i found it very difficult to navigate at first as it was a bit confusing. The sign up process was also very slow and the confirmation email was also late.

i use Buzz to quickly build multi channel campaigns nad to engage more prospects. It helsp a lot during sales calls as well. I find its powerfull B2B conatact database very usefull while finding leads.

I absolutely love the Buzz.ai platform! Drew has been incredibly helpful and always working to provide the best solutions for my business. What I like best about Buzz is the ability to quickly and efficiently build and launch multichannel campaigns! Between all the powerful automation features they provide and the helpful analytics to help me track the success of my campaigns I can generate leads on autopilot.

No major dislikes. Anytime I run into any problems the team is quick to work with me through any issues.

Buzz solves the problem of generating more leads for my business while also helping me better understand the success of my campaigns. This is a great benefit to me as it helps me understand what works and what doesn't,  allowing me to better utilize my resources for maximum efficiency. I found a few features nifty - the fact that you can combine LinkedIn messages and emails in sequences, and the video intro popup I haven't seen in any other app.

**What do you dislike about Buzz?**

We tried the Pro plan. Statistics were unclear, messages were marked as read in the LinkedIn messages, and message sending and syncing didn't happen in real time.

**What problems is Buzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not being able to opt out unless 2 months' prior notice on a 3-month subscription. Recommended we try the conversational approach even though we shared our previous negative experiences with this approach. Created and ran 6 campaigns, 2 for each of our accounts and 2500 contacts in each campaign with a 5-message sequence. No campaign ran for the first 10 days. After that, the campaigns ran for about 2 months. Half-time we were asked about our target audience and industry segments by an additional/new campaign manager. One new campaign was launched with new sequence messages. Did not challenge us on the information on our website, did not use the partner’s and client’s pages to filter out the current clients and partners, and did not engage with us on a deeper level to understand if they are able to choose suitable segments for us or not. Their understanding of the European market seems extremely limited i.e. France was selected as a suitable region but we do not speak French. It was not “entirely done for us”, we did not see the A/B testing results, and communication was extremely implicit i.e. we did not get any proactive communication on campaign results even on a monthly basis. Some Pro Plan Support features were never offered nor delivered e.g. Custom Training and Onboarding and Full Strategy Development. We didn’t get any information on what was done, nor did we get any real leads at all! We used the app between April and June 2023.

**What do you like best about Buzz?**

Super helpful - never have been flagged - support staff is amazing - and everything is very user friendly - I have referred 2 other people who have signed up and they love it! My favorite part is that they are only getting started! They are continuing to grow the brand and expand their products and services to the point that they will become the CANVA of LinkedIn automation! They have a few projects in the pipeline that I am super excited for and cannot wait to use them! Specifically the campaign marketplace! I know they were working on a phone call/voicemail and texting project too...but that is the best part hands down is that they are hungry for more opportunities to help!

**What do you dislike about Buzz?**

I would LOVE to see them add a texting feature...if they did this, that would be a game changer! Also, if they had prebuilt campaigns where you could plug and play, that would be amazing! The pricing is a bit high compared to others - however, their customer service and support makes up for it a great deal! There is really not much I dislike about them - if I have a question, I reach out - they always stay in contact with me - and I have never had any issues with the actual software, so I am super happy with them.

Automation - they are saving me so much time in connecting with my target audience, endorsing people, and staying connected with old connections and followers. The amount of time I used to spend searching for people, connecting with them, and then following up with them was HOURS but Buzz has easily saved me 20+ hours a month - WELL worth the money! I just cannot wait to use the FULL package with the APPT setter!

For a busy revenue team like mine, buzz is crucial. It provides a variety of methods for contacting potential clients and automates processes, both of which are quite helpful for producing leads. the management and organisation of prospecting operations are made simpler by the integration of contact databases.

**What do you dislike about Buzz?**

Buzz hasnt given me any major issues, however there are a few little software bugs that need to be resolved. they always respond quickly to my concerns and collaborate closely with me to develop answers. It would be wonderful to have ready-to-use prebuilt campaigns. Its important to note that Buzz is more expensive than some of the available options.

Buzz solves marketing related issues and is helping our business grow and scale. The prospecting features help our marketing team to identify high ticket prospects and makes all our campaigns robust and efficient. We strongly recommed Buzz to any business looking for a revenue boost.

Buzz helps us to create a targeted candidate profile in Sales Navigator and build connections through automated campaigns without cold calling or agressive sales tactics. The interface is easy to use and quick to set up. Campaigns can go from idea to live in minutes

The technology is limitied to LinkedIn. We are are the mercy of LinkedIn connection limits.

1. The product is thoughtfully designed and adds value beyond basic automation for LinkedIn. It's easy to start using and produces results quickly.
2. The enablement service got us up an runnng quickly and helped us find new ways to utilize the product (thansk Isaac!!!).
3. They release regular updates that improve little things all the time, which often make a big impact on ease use.

**What do you dislike about Buzz?**

The account signup is a bit confusing and required manual help. I think this may be due to challenges with the new LinkedIn API and will get cleared up, but for now it's a bit clunky.

Buzz helps us build outreach automation on LinkedIn and email feels intelligent and improves engagement. It also integrates with Hubspot so we have less manual entry.

BuzzAI has been amazing in helping bring in leads from LinkedIn! It is very easy to use, and with the weekly learning meetings, I feel I quickly got the hang of things!

There have been some glitchy things with the percentages on the campaign. I know it is something that is being looked into. I

We didn't know a good way to pull leads from LinkedIn, but now with BuzzAI, It is super easy to bring them into the system and reach out in an automated way.

I have been using Buzz.ai for my outreach needs for a while and have had nothing but great experiences!  What I like best about Buzz is the ease of use. They have a great user interface that makes it easy to get started and quickly send out emails. Plus, Drew and Isaac are always there to support me whenever I need them.

**What do you dislike about Buzz?**

No problems to report at this time. All is great!

Buzz is solving the problem of having to manually send out Linkedin actions, requests and messages by automating the process. This is benefiting me by saving me time and allowing me to focus on other important tasks. Overall, I'm very pleased with Buzz.ai and their customer service team. 5 stars!

The process is well-designed, and the software works well.  The team is highly professional and helpful.  They are always accessible and provide insight based on their experience and skill. I built the targets in Navigator, and with Buzz's guidance, I created the campaign.  The results have been outstanding. The dashboard is easy to review and work with.  The investment of money and time are reasonable.

The only downside I see is that I may be overwhelmed with clients and need to hire additional people.  It changes the ROI formula for my company.  This is obviously tongue-in-cheek.

Buzz has helped me develop leads outside of my personal network by targeting the correct title, the right size of the client, and the right geography. I wish there was a better way to organize the campaigns and to see how the resources are being used so that I could tinker with my settings and see real-time changes.

Being able to automate out put is really beneficial. Though sometimes I'll load a list of like 50 people and it will take 2 days . 

I can send 50 messages in 25 mins, so maybe its the time that it saves me that can be seen as benificial. But also the messages go out slower. 

No, I think it's ability to run leads through multiple steps of contact after the messaging happens and then tracks those prospects while also giving data is the most helpful.

The onboarding process was seamless, and I had one of their account managers help me with any questions. 

I work in the transportation industry and would highly recommend anyone in the transportation industry or any industry to try Buzz.

I have more leads than ever in my sales funnel after using Buzz; it eliminates the daily and tedious tasks of researching the correct decision-maker. Since I signed up, this tool has saved me at least 1 hour daily.

High velocity connection requests and integrations with core sequencing tools makes buzz a no brainer

Nothing! Many other similar tools out there are clunky but even Buzz's UX is nice.

The traditional way of pulling contacts from an Apollo/Zoominfo can be a bit antiquated - data gets stale and you have to consistently keep your content / target lists fresh. Being able to "set and forget" a sequence in buzz that keeps engaging the right audience is a founder's dream.
