What do you like best about Buzz Medical Messenger?

What I like best is the collaboration feature: instant communication along with integrated phone, video, fax, and email. Buzz also has a feature that lets me check the messages sent to me within a group. Also I can flash my message to particular member so that quick action on the message is taken, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buzz Medical Messenger?

I haven't come across anything such as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buzz Medical Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the collaboration feature, I can share the document with my colleague and get the feedback or edits if required. This way I do not have to worry whether I sent the latest document or not. The instant communication as well as integrated phone/video/fax/email saves a lot of time as I do not have to install individual apps for these functions.

Also, with search functionality for finding messages sent to me specifically in the group, makes my search easier. I don't have to scroll pages to find the messages.

As our groups could be linked to Organization, we do not have to worry to remove member when he leaves the organization. It happens automatically if removed from Organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
