What do you like best about Buyer24?

What I like best is how much time it saves on supplier discovery. I describe what I need in plain language and Buyer24 comes back with a relevant shortlist of suppliers with contacts, instead of me digging through directories for days. What do you dislike about Buyer24?

Some supplier profiles are thinner than others, so for niche categories I still occasionally double-check details manually. I would also like more granular filters when narrowing down a shortlist, and the onboarding could explain the RFQ workflow a bit better for first-time users. What problems is Buyer24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the slowest part of procurement for us: finding and qualifying new suppliers. Before, sourcing a new category meant days of manual research across directories and cold outreach. With Buyer24 we get a qualified shortlist and send RFQs from one place, so sourcing cycles went from roughly a week to a day or two, and we reach suppliers we simply would not have found on our own.
