"Best software out there for automated refunds"

What do you like best about Buster Fetcher?

I run an e-commerce business with my partner and we ship about 150-300 parcels a week, depending on demand. We didn't know that many of our packages were delivered late. Claiming a refund for every late shipment would take about 7-8 hours a week of applications and paperwork with various of our delivery services. Buster Fetcher allowed us to visualize the percentage of late deliveries by Canada Post, which was as high as 23% per week sometimes!<br><br>I can see very granular details about late shipment areas and various metrics that would allow me to understand the flow and the finances related to my claims. The dashboards allow for flawless reporting real-time! All of my refunds are processed quickly and automatically without the headache! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buster Fetcher?

I would like to see a bit more detail in my metrics on the dashboards; but that's because I'm a data science geek. Upon speaking with a representative, I was told a new design is in the works, so I can't wait! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buster Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool is unique and automatically claims a refund, while doing it for a commission of the refund. No more headaches and no more time-consuming refund claims.
