**UI / UX**
Buska is quite easy to set up and use on a daily basis. I especially like the Kanban view because it makes it easy to see which leads are new, which ones I already contacted, and which ones I want to follow up with.
The interface is pretty straightforward as well. I didn't need much time to understand where things were or how to create my first monitoring searches.
**Integrations**
I like that Buska works across several social platforms, so I don't have to manually check Reddit, LinkedIn, X, etc. separately.
The MCP integration is also interesting if you already use AI assistants or agents and want to connect Buska to your existing workflows.
**Performance**
The main value for me is being able to spot relevant conversations without spending hours searching social media manually.
Once the monitoring is set up, I can quickly go through the leads that Buska finds and decide which ones are actually worth engaging with.
**Pricing / ROI**
For the price, I think the ROI can be pretty easy to justify if you are actively looking for customers.
You don't need that many good conversations or customers coming from Buska for it to pay for itself, especially compared to the amount of time you would spend doing the same research manually.
**Support / Onboarding**
Getting started was simple. Setting up the first keywords and searches doesn't require a complicated onboarding process, which I appreciate for this type of tool.
There is still a bit of learning involved in finding the right keywords and signals for your market, but once you have those, the workflow is quite easy.
**AI / Intelligence**
One of the features I use the most is the ability to generate an answer adapted to each lead, platform and situation.
It's useful because I don't want to answer the same way on Reddit, LinkedIn or X. It gives me a good starting point that I can quickly edit instead of writing every response from scratch.
Overall, what I like about Buska is that it's not just telling me that someone mentioned a keyword. It helps me turn those conversations into leads I can actually work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think once I have the leads, it would be great to have help on reaching them out, like on LinkedIn or Reddit. Some kind of playbook would be helpful. Even though I have all the leads I need, I struggle with converting these clients for now, even if it's my own fault. Also, it would be nice to add more platforms or find leads outside of social media, like from conferences or other places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
