What do you like best about BusinessLyft?

UI and Feel of their AI assistant are really polished, and it works perfectly on modern sites. It's aware of the content of pages and responds based on my company's data, which is insane. What problems is BusinessLyft solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to reduce our customer support time and answer repeated questions automatically. It knows about our company and info it handles the visitors automatically.
