What do you dislike about Business-Tester?

One drawback is that this assessment is neither quick nor superficial. It demands a thorough understanding of the company’s internal workings, as well as some knowledge of financial statements. Recommendations to others considering Business-Tester:

If a company suspects there may be underlying issues, I suggest completing this assessment before moving forward with strategy consulting. For a very reasonable cost, it offers a clear initial overview of the business. Ideally, someone at the C-level who is deeply familiar with the company should complete it. What problems is Business-Tester solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using the DYM-08 assessment allowed us to quickly identify our actual business challenges, rather than relying on our assumptions.
