What do you like best about Business Central Insights?

Business Central Insights allows you to jump into PowerBI without much of a prior background/training and offers much better reporting than the native reports in BC365. BCI also provides wonderful canned reports that are useful and likely applicable to most corporates. The customer support is world-class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Business Central Insights?

To access some of the advanced reports and/or features of BCI, some PowerBI domain knowledge/training is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Business Central Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?

Business Central Insights solved 95% of our reporting needs/problems with relative ease right from implementation with little tweaking or customizations. The internal, native reports in BC365 are not up to par with our reporting / dashboard standards and expectations internally. Had it not been for Business Central Insight, we would require a large capital investment to develop these in-house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
