SInce i m into development field,we use Bulk sms service post registrations,approvals,rejection. Best thing is we can send messages to multiple contacts in a single click, its far better than one by one manual work. Simply implementing the sms api vendor provides and use it, one more thing is security, previously anyone use to get approved templates but now rules are strict, this helps to overcome spam. 6 Months back one more update was there which says if we are adding variable in tem[plate for approval,we need to specify what type it is character or varchar. Bulk sms saves a lot of time, can used approved templates as many times i want. Moreover it helps to build customers, when customers received text sms with header, they also feels good, at backend we might be sending 1000 messsages but at frong particular user receives only his data which we pass from Database. Sometimes bulk sms sent to someone directly goes to spam and user dont get it. SOmetimes message may take time to deliver due to network maybe due to Sim network or user might be at an place where signal strenghth is less, but at the end, what ever may the reason my sms credit is debited and no trace. Most of the times in reports it shows delivered but when we check phone its not, delivery reports must me more accuratewhen there is loss in credit,then its clear my loss and refund is not available for these sms credits.
