I like the very high-quality output of compliance risk with detailed summaries that BuildSync provides. Its integration with Procore is really convenient because it works automatically behind the scenes. When a subcontractor or project manager uploads a submittal to Procore, it seamlessly sends that submittal to BuildSync. I appreciate how BuildSync analyzes the submittal against the spec book and eventually sends a helpful Excel sheet summarizing where items are compliant, questionable, non-compliant, or lack sufficient information. The initial setup was pretty easy, with almost no training required since the magic happens in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The processing time is slow, so if you need a quick response to something, you won't get it. One can hypothetically use BuildSync in Precon to verify if bidders' proposals are bid per the specs, but the slow response on receiving the report makes bid leveling and scoping a challenge.
