I use BuildBetter.ai to record internal and external meetings so that we don't have to take notes. I love the AI summary that it provides, especially the fact that it has action items for each person. I appreciate being able to chat with BuildBetter.ai to ask questions and find specific parts of the meeting I want to reference back to. These features make it way quicker for me to find the information I need. It really helps with the efficiency of getting the information I need to reference back to. I don't love the look of the robot that enters the meeting, and sometimes I find it a bit awkward when the robot automatically enters a meeting especially if someone else is hosting it and they think that I want it in there. It's just a little bit jarring to have it almost look like another person in the meeting. I wish that instead it was just recording without showing up as a person.
