BugBug is genuinely easy to use — writing and editing test cases is intuitive, even for flows that get complex. The local and cloud runners make it simple to validate tests before relying on them for coverage. What stood out most, though, was their support: we hit an intermittent page-load issue during test runs, and their team diagnosed it the same day and shipped a fix within two days. That kind of responsiveness gives us real confidence in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one gap we ran into: when we hit that intermittent loading issue, the test screenshots only captured the very early page state, not a later "fully loaded or not" snapshot — which made it harder to confirm what was actually happening before support stepped in. Not a big deal since it's resolved now, but a "capture at failure point" option would help with diagnosing edge cases like this in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
