What I like about Bugalou is that the platform is very clear and easy to use. At first, I was a bit hesitant because I'm not very technical, but it turned out to be quite simple. It's nice that everything is gathered in one place, so I don't have to constantly switch between different tools. What I still miss is a bit more flexibility in the reports.
