"Versatile Time Tracking with Fantastic Customer Service"

What do you like best about Buddy Punch?

Buddy Punch suits our needs: it does time keeping, tracks time off, has geo fencing, allows for a kiosk or personal devices, and the customer service is fantastic. Any issues I have encountered have been addressed promptly. I appreciate Buddy Punch’s versatility for the size of my business. It is easy and simple to onboard new employees and to archive those who have left. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buddy Punch?

I don’t think Buddy Punch’s is very intuitive. There are seeming redundancies, although in my experience, that isn’t an issue I would alter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Buddy Punch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Buddy Punch solved my timekeeping issues. It has a Spanish language version that helps with my employee’s understanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
