What do you like best about bTrade TDXchange?

The Managed File Transfer (MFT) capabilities in bTrade TDXchange are incredibly reliable for handling our daily secure batch processing. Combining MFT with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in one platform simplified our setup. What do you dislike about bTrade TDXchange?

The initial onboarding curve is somewhat steep, and the administrative console feels functional rather than modern. Configured automation rules take time to dial in correctly during initial setup. We needed a centralized tool to manage secure external file exchanges with business partners without writing fragile custom scripts. TDXchange solved our partner data compliance needs by giving us clear audit logs, encrypted transmissions, and predictable workload automation that runs reliably every night without dropping transfers.
