What do you like best about BSC Designer?

What stood out to me was how easy it became to assign ownership to strategic objectives and monitor progress without relying on multiple spreadsheets. The platform provides a clear structure for linking goals, KPIs, and action plans, which helped our team stay focused on priorities. What do you dislike about BSC Designer?
