The bug capture feature assists me daily by making it easier to record and share any issues I find. I also find the test management tools useful for organizing test cases and for creating automated test cases with the help of AI. The affordable automation testing has helped me improve our process, especially when it comes to regression testing.

LCA has a good user interface and its ease of usage is so helpful. Implementing it on a daily basis is possible.

Customer support is also superb since there are instances where I have to file a bug and they've follow it thru until the issue is resolved.

The best thing about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing without the need to maintain a physical device lab. One limitation I’ve observed is the absence of built-in tools for simulating various network conditions or adjusting loading speeds. Although BrowserStack provides excellent access to a broad range of browsers and devices, the ability to test how a page performs on slower connections, such as 3G or unreliable Wi-Fi, would be extremely valuable. This feature would help determine if users can remain engaged and if the application stays functional when network conditions are less than ideal. Currently, it’s necessary to depend on external tools or workarounds for this type of performance testing, which leaves a noticeable gap in an otherwise comprehensive platform. The device availability is impressive - especially for newer OS versions. I can instantly switch between Android, iOS, tablets, and older devices without any manual setup. The real-time interaction feels almost as responsive as holding an actual device. Scrolling, gestures, keyboard inputs, all behave naturally enough to reproduce tricky UI issues. The network throttle and geolocation options are extremely practical. I can simulate “bad 3G”, WiFi drops, different regions, etc., which helps catch real-world problems early. Screenshots, video recordings, and debugging tools (console logs, device logs) save a lot of back-and-forth when reporting bugs. I can attach real evidence in seconds.
