The biggest advantage for me is that Browser Use lets AI agents interact directly with actual web pages without needing custom scraping code for every step. Instead of constantly updating CSS selectors or writing complex scripts in Puppeteer, I just describe the task and let the agent click, fill inputs, and extract data on its own. It plugs into standard LLM APIs very cleanly, and the execution feels reliable for everyday automation tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On websites that have aggressive popups, multi-step verification, or heavy infinite scroll, the agent can sometimes hesitate or use extra tokens trying to locate elements. In those situations, you occasionally have to rerun the prompt or refine the instructions. It would also be great if there was an easier option to pause execution and take over control manually right from the interface whenever an edge case occurs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
