I use Browser Use when I need an AI agent to interact with web pages and handle multi-step browsing tasks on its own. Instead of manually writing custom Playwright or Selenium scripts for every single button, form, and page change, I can just give it a natural language prompt. The agent figures out the UI elements, clicks where needed, and extracts the necessary data. It connects smoothly with standard LLM APIs and makes building web automation workflows much quicker. Sometimes the agent gets confused when dealing with complex, dynamic web pages like infinite scrolling lists, popups, or aggressive cookie banners. In those cases, it can spend extra tokens trying to find an element or occasionally get stuck in a loop before finishing the action. It would also be nice to have more built-in options to pause or take over manual control of the browser session when an edge case happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
