"Flexible Automation Without Endless Selectors"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Browser Use?

What I like most about Browser Use is the idea of making browser automation less rigid. As a developer, I've always found traditional automation frustrating because even small changes to a website can break an entire workflow. Being able to describe what needs to happen in natural language instead of writing and maintaining endless selectors is a huge advantage. I also appreciate that it's open source, so you're not completely locked into someone else's platform. It's a genuinely interesting approach to a problem that developers have been dealing with for years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Browser Use?

My biggest concern is reliability and the amount of time AI-driven browser automation can take. It's a clever approach, but there's still a trade-off between flexibility and predictability. Traditional automation might be tedious to write, but at least you know exactly what it's supposed to do. With AI agents, there's the added challenge of understanding why something failed, especially when a workflow has multiple steps. I'd also like to see better visibility into what the agent is doing and more control over when it should stop and ask for help. The technology is promising, but speed, cost and consistency are things I'd pay close attention to before relying on it for production workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
