With all the information I can add to my ticket they always arrive with the right tools. **What do you dislike about Asset Essentials?** I have experienced my username and password needing to be reset several times. That is the only issue I have faced so far in my 3 years of usage. **What problems is Asset Essentials solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brightly Asset Essentials is used for any issues we need addressed by our Facilities Department. It's helpful to be able to put in a work order and see the progress. It gives me confidence that my issue will be resolved in a timely manner. ### 2. I love the option that you can use your cell phone as well which makes it easier for the requestor to be able to be at the specific area that needs attention and not have to go to a computer to write up what's wrong. I also love the fact we the ones that have to assign the work order request can select different personnel to look and assess the problem. It was very easy to implement the program to all of our users that were going to be the ones entering the work orders. Customer support is fantastic, if you have an issue they are right there to help you. The program is used every day in all of our buildings. Adding new staff to be requestors is so easy we have never had a person that wasn't able to put in a work order right after creating their password! **What do you dislike about Asset Essentials?** I really do not have anything that I dislike about Brightly Asset Essentials. The only thing that makes it a little bit difficult is that you cannot remove a person that is no longer in your company. Other than that there is nothing else I dislike. **What problems is Asset Essentials solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, I have no problems that I need to have Brightly Asset Essentials solve. ### 3. The implemenation team though a bit costly for remote assistance were a great help. Customer support has been top notch for navigating issues . **What do you dislike about Asset Essentials?** The layout of the system as a whole has a less than intiuitve interface for administartrs. To be able to chat, call or email in is an incredible support for those in the feild. **What do you dislike about Asset Essentials?** The system is not as easily manipulated on the back end. I a able to build it the way we need it to gather the data the stae requires from us. We have been using AE for about four years and it has been working well. During implementation it took about a day to set up and they were only an eamil away as I built it out. **What do you dislike about Asset Essentials?** The only real issue that we wish is had would be automatic text messaging for new work orders. **What problems is Asset Essentials solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are working on smart Assets that should be a game changer as far as saving money on repairs. ### 10.
