What do you like best about Brightflag?

Easy to review legal invoices before payment, relevant information gathered on the platform, better overviews of matters and costs, possibility to report on relevant parameters, user friendly and easy to use. Easy to change settings without involving support. Possibilities for customization, however, not on everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightflag?

Some of the functions are not 100% fit to my company's setup, but the system is flexible and often possible to find workarounds. It would be an improvement if the tool could be used to agree on an assignment/use of a Law firm on a matter (sign on Scope and Budget) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brightflag solving and how is that benefiting you?

Improve processes, reduce time spent and better cost control, both through better review of invoices as well as giving insight and overview of the legal advice portfolio Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
